Our annual Chili Supper will be held at the church on Friday, Feb. 10th from 5:00-7:00pm. We hope you can participate by bringing food items, coming to eat and maybe bidding on some great items. Everyone is invited so bring family members, neighbors and friends. Sign ups are posted outside of each classroom for food items, help with set up and clean up and silent auction donations.

Kindergarten regestration is Feb. 8th at every elementary school in the Thompson school district. Check with your neighborhood school for exact times.

Parent-teacher conferences will be held on Feb. 13th in the evening and on Feb. 16th during the day. There are sign ups posted outside of each teachers classroom. If one of those spots does not work for you and you would like to meet with your child's teacher, please e-mail them or call them at school to schedule a time. 

Healthy snacks for the New Year. February is a great month to talk to children about eating healthy since we have the dentist visit and talk about foods and drinks that are good for our teeth, and we also talk about being healthy and how to be healthy. I was blessed with a great snack list put together by a parent here at TLP. She worked very hard to look into some great new ideas that would follow our peanut and nut free policy but is a healthy alternative rather than bringing  the same types of snacks. These lists have been posted outside of each classroom to give you some new ideas.
