Mrs. Kari
Hi, my name is Kari Butzman.
I started with Trinity Lutheran Preschool in 2011 working as the Director. I moved to Colorado in 2010 from Madison, WI.
I attended Edgewood College for both my Undergrad degree and Master's degree. I studied Early Childhood; Special Education and pre-k through 3rd grade and my Master's degree is in Education and Professional Development.
I have worked as a 4 year old Kindergarten and Kindergaten teacher. I have also worked as a Curriculum Coordinator and Director. I have taught College level courses for both Early Childhood degrees and Family Studies.
In my spare time I love to scrapbook and go places with my son and step sons.

Mrs. Maynard
My name is Terri Maynard. My husband Tom works for IBM and we have three children, Ben, Sarah, and Reid. We moved to Colorado from Texas in 1997.
I have taught at Trinity Lutheran Preschool since 1999. I received my degree in elementary education from West Texas A&M and am certified to teach in Texas and Colorado. Previously I taught second, third, and fourth grade in Lewisville Texas. I love working with early childhood, especially in a Christian environment.

Mrs. Schilling
I was born in Wisconsin and moved to Colorado when I was 10 years old. I am from a large family and have seven sisters which I think is pretty unique!
I am married to my husband Craig and we have 2 wonderful daughters ~Sarah and Jennifer…..of course 2 awesome sons in laws Jason & Drew. WeLOVE being grandparents and are very proud of all 4 of them ~ Austin, Hayden, Blake & Ava.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking and baking and trying new recipes. I also enjoy decorating and antiquing. For fun I enjoy golf, tennis and walking around the lake.
I have had my own daycare for 15 years and have also worked in real estate and new home construction for 12 years. I find myself reunited with my first love ~ children. I LOVE being a part of Trinity Lutheran Preschool. Thank you for sharing your children with us.

Mrs. Rhonda
My name is Rhonda Torres. My husband and I were born and raised in a small town called Ojai, CA. I worked at a preschool/daycare for 5 years, then opened my own family childcare while my children were little. I have three daughters Mariah, Daylene, and Tomalyn. I moved to Colorado in 2001. I spent a lot of time volunteering at my daughter’s elementary school and started working at Trinity in 2009. I love working here and being with the children.

Mrs. Kim
Hello, my name is Kim Warner and I have been a teacher’s assistant here at Trinity since 2010. I have a Bachelor’s degree from CSU in Human Nutrition. I am married to my best friend Todd and am blessed to have two wonderful children. In my spare time I like the history channel, jazz, cooking and know all the Star Trek Next Generations by heart. I love my job here at Trinity and am truly blessed and honored to work with your kids.

Mrs. Emily
Emily Geisler graduated from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska in 2008. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in early childhood education. In 2010 Emily married her wonderful husband Mark.
Emily grew up in Windsor, her parents still live there. Emily enjoys playing the flute, hiking, fishing, cross stich, crochet, sewing, horseback riding. She is also a member of the local Kiwanis club.
Emily is a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church where she is a member of the Praise Band, Hand Bell Choir, Festival Choir and is an active servant of the children’s ministry program.

Mrs. Debbie
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Brian I have 3 wonderful sons, Ben, Brett and Andrew who were students at Trinity Lutheran Preschool. I have 2 dogs, Bandit and Bruce. We are members of Trinity Lutheran Church.
I graduated from Loveland High in 1984, graduated from beauty school in 1985. I do hair part time in the afternoons in my shop at my house.
I started as a teacher’s assistant at TLP in August 2009 and love it! Never imagined how much I would enjoy it!
Love riding my bike, walking the dogs, exercising, camping, snow & waterskiing, taking pictures of my boys and cheering for my boys at all of their athletic events.

Mrs. Jackie
My name is Jackie McKay. I grew up in Chico, CA and married my high school sweetheart Mike. We have two wonderful boys Matthew and Michael. I love to camp and spend time with my boys and I LOVE anything Disney!
Previously I have ran my own daycare/preschool out of my home then taught preschool and served as the preschool director in both the private and public schools. Preschool is my favorite age to teach. I started at Trinity Lutheran Preschool in 2011.

Mrs. Michelle
My name is Michelle Ellis I have worked at Trinity since 2011. I have worked in a preschool for several years prior to coming to the TLP team. In addition to working in a preschool I was an office manager for a local business here in Loveland. I studied at Aims Community College right here in Loveland where I met my husband Jason. We have one wonderful daughter. I enjoy camping, and spending time with my family in our beautiful state of Colorado!
I love working with kids, and am honored to be part of the TLP team.
